Bio: I'm something of a public intellectual, ninety percent retired -- teaching one course per term for Montgomery County Community College in Eastern Pennsylvania and engaged in research, writing, and activism. My interests run from the historical and literary to political and economic matters. I've been heavily involved in labor and environmental issues.
